At Alternative Brewing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your coffee gear and accessories. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a straightforward return process within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unused, in their original packaging, and were purchased within the last 30 days. Please note that perishable goods like coffee beans cannot be returned for food safety reasons.

• 2.
  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specialized return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Carefully pack your items to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to our warehouse via a tracked service.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days, notifying you via email once the transaction is complete.
